We are pleased to announce the release of XSplit Broadcaster version 4.5.2504.2402. This update brings a range of improvements and new features designed to enhance your broadcasting experience.

One of the key additions in this release is support for Secure Reliable Transport, or SRT. This protocol is now integrated into the Amazon IVS and Custom Stream outputs, offering low-latency and packet-loss-resilient delivery, helping you maintain stream quality even on less stable networks. We are also testing SRT support for YouTube Live and CDNvideo, with plans to roll it out to more destinations in the future.

With the NDI 6.1.1 update, Broadcaster now works seamlessly with the current NDI ecosystem. If you used to pull NDI guest feeds via the now discontinued Skype, you can instead use NDI Remote. A free tool that allows you to add remote guests to your streams and recordings. Check out the step-by-step guide here.

Under the hood, we have implemented significant optimizations to how Broadcaster handles resources. This means the application now starts faster, requires fewer background resources, improving overall performance.

This version also includes updates to the audio workflow. You can now directly set global device delay within the Audio Mixer and easily add default system input/output devices to the global list. Improvements have also been made to multimedia components and HDR rendering for more consistent color.

Several bug fixes are also part of this release, addressing issues such as audio stutters on certain sources, multimedia component instability, issues with streaming platform connections, and various UI and workflow glitches.
