Certain third party applications may affect the performance of XSplit Gamecaster in some occasions. These applications include, but are not limited to: other game capture products, software with in-game overlays, and anti-cheat engines. Disabling these applications may help eliminate the problems you experience. If you are using recommended hardware, automatic settings and you are not able to solve the problem by disabling/closing possible conflicting products, then we would like to know about it.
